We do not offer any Return, Exchange or Refund Option under any circumstances.

Once your order is placed you will receive the confirmation mail (not the tracking link). The next update you get will be the tracking link that you will receive on your registered mobile number via SMS, EMAIL, WHATSAPP (only once you item is dispatched). From there on you can track every movement of your order.

Sometimes the merchandise you have placed an order for already might not be available not available. In this case a representative from our team will contact you. You can replace the merchandise with any item from our website. In case you ordered 2 products and 1 isn't available, the entire order cannot be cancelled. You can replace/claim refund for only the one that is unavailable. (Refunds take a minimum of 24-48 hours to process.)

Unfortunately, We do not have Return & Replacement policy.

Generally we give an estimate of 6-8 working days from the day when you place the order and You'll get the tracking details on your email id once your parcel is ready to dispatch. Incase the product you order gets out of stock, it may take 3/5 additional days for delivery. You will be notified accordingly. 

1. Player version jerseys are designed with the best possible fabrics for the highest level of play. They are an exact match to the jerseys you see players wearing on the field.

2. Fan version jerseys are made for a fan in the stands or out on the street – with excellent materials for highest levels of comfort and wear.

3. Fit Player version – These jerseys are made with a sleeker, slim fit and athletic design for field play.

Fan version– These jerseys are designed for comfortable normal wear. The fit is more relaxed, so you can show your support in the stands or out on the street. Unlike the player version, this fit is better for most body types, even ones that haven’t been out on the field for a while.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us with the details of your order. 

Once order placed, cannot be cancelled. It can be modified or re-edited (incase of wrong input in order). For remodifications, please get in touch with our WhatsApp support team within 24 hours of Order Placement.

We will send you an new product if your product is faulty, broken or damaged. Only if you have a proper video while unboxing the package received from our delivery partner. Otherwise there would be no refund nor replacement.

We try our best to deliver the order to your doorsteps in first place. If order is not delivered first time then we try to re-deliver the order for at least 3 times for consecutive days. If still the order is not received by the customer then the package is returned to us. If any customer reaches us after that then we would charge extra delivery fees on such orders to reship it. 

In the event your tracking information shows your package was delivered, but you did not receive it, we do ask that you check with nearby neighbors to see if your package was accidentally delivered to the wrong address, or check with the front desk of your residential complex to see if they are holding your package.

Please note: You must reach out to House of Jersey support team within 2 days of your tracking information saying “delivered” in order for us to initiate a claim for your package.

Also, If you reach out support team after 2 days then we wont be responsible for the loss.
